Approach - Preparatory work / Precautions during the pre-construction phase

Most of it was already said correctly. I would also involve the landscape gardener if you are planning the outdoor area/garden. It was the same for us running in parallel. This way, during the house construction phase, the fence, the outdoor area, and the carport could be planned and built. The kitchen was also very time-consuming. The bathroom and tile selection as well. Went to the showroom several times and thought it over. But afterwards, things went very quickly and without waiting time.

We don't have any garden landscapers, only an excavator operator who is supposed to prepare the very basic groundwork for the outdoor facilities beforehand, so that later on no heavy machinery can get behind the house :D We are on a slope, so some leveling behind the house and storage of excavated material for later use.
