In which area in BY do you want to build? Which trades are to be done as self-performed work? Do you have a corresponding network to commission the respective contractors? In my opinion, they are currently all booked up until Monday/years.

Probably not at all, especially since additional construction costs and planning costs are surely once again not taken into account.

More about the construction project and the in-house work can be found in the other thread. 200k of in-house work might be difficult, I hope the planner will give us a somewhat more efficient plan :) Above all, this appointment is also what it’s about here, so if you know of any pitfalls in this regard that should be checked before signing, bring them on :)
