Apartment sale through an agent - what to pay attention to?

Around us, everything is expensive too, Aachen, Cologne, Düsseldorf... - here in Mönchengladbach the price level is different. Most people who live here commute, or simply don’t work. Currently, the average in Gladbach for apartments your size is around €1,750/m². Then there are the goodies like an underground parking space (depending on the location, this can already have a good five-figure value/in Frankfurt, for example, it can quickly cost €40k). Then laundry room and, as you said, elevator. In my opinion, do it yourself, set a high price and see how the market reacts.

I can at least find a price per sqm of 1.3xx € for this size in my district. A bit more than I thought..

In our building, the owners' association had to approve when we bought it. I would just give the manager a call and ask about this point.
