Hello,
matching the post a bit further down, after careful consideration I have decided to implement, in addition to streaming and Internet, an independent second reception concept for radio/TV in the new building (target completion Q1/19).
First, my rough concept:
From the technology room, cables run to the individual living rooms with the following requirements:
Now my specific questions:
I was inspired by the following – slightly modified – sketch from Axing.

Unfortunately, the LAN/Internet topic is not considered here, as there probably aren't many homeowners who still go dual-track. But what is a good affordable concept if this dual-track approach is desired?
Thanks for tips and advice!
matching the post a bit further down, after careful consideration I have decided to implement, in addition to streaming and Internet, an independent second reception concept for radio/TV in the new building (target completion Q1/19).
First, my rough concept:
[*]Outdoor antenna (stable mast) to receive (1) satellite dish, (2) FM antenna and (3) DVB-T2 antenna, possibly an additional DAB+ reception module in (2) or (3).
[*]All antenna signals are routed to distributors in the house technology room and amplified there if necessary.
[*]The Telekom telephone connection will also enter the technology room and the router will be positioned there.
From the technology room, cables run to the individual living rooms with the following requirements:
[*]Antenna sockets (radio/TV) for 5 living rooms
[*]Ethernet/LAN sockets for 8 rooms, 5 of which additionally have antenna sockets as above
Now my specific questions:
[*]Do I have to separate the 3 antenna cables? Advantages/disadvantages of separate cable routing?
[*]Is one TV cable per socket sufficient, into which both DVB-T2 and satellite frequencies are fed? The tuner would then select the frequencies it can use.
[*]Can conventional FM bands and DAB+ frequencies be transmitted simultaneously over the radio cable?
[*]Can the radio signal possibly also be transmitted via the TV cable?
[*]Do I need an antenna amplifier? Advantages/disadvantages of an amplifier?
[*]Which antenna socket is ideal for my purposes?
[*]There are now also combo sockets (up to 5-fold) that have connections for both TV and LAN? Are these recommended or – keyword bending radius – unsuitable due to lack of space?
I was inspired by the following – slightly modified – sketch from Axing.
