The problem is that the bank explicitly pointed out to me that the notary must change this, otherwise the payment of the purchase price cannot take place. The contract definitely states that the condition for payment is either the registration of the first-ranking mortgage - or a notary's confirmation that a first-ranking mortgage has been applied for. The notary also said that he would send me an email about this, confirming that it must be a prioritized mortgage. I will forward it to the bank when it arrives. Maybe they will accept it anyway, but it absolutely didn’t sound like it on the phone earlier. Thanks already for the help!

Nordanney as the borrower is really the true panic for me right now :O
I would almost gladly pay the non-acceptance of 100 euros. But you only ever find out afterwards what the end result will be.

There is still a one-week cancellation period. Even the 4000 less credit would not be a problem, as there are enough funds available.
With sums like these, the waiting and uncertainty are the worst.

I don’t imagine changing the purchase contract again now is that easy, since the seller side would have to sign again?
I have read that the fitted kitchen is not inventory, because the agent pointed out that you can save there. The contract states this only because of that; the agent instructed all of this without asking me beforehand.

Hello, please wait for the answer, the Ing-Diba is known for goodwill. These are not huge amounts.

Yes, I'll take a look now at what they say, also regarding the [Grundschuldsache]. I just hope that it somehow goes smoothly.

So I have also once made a hefty revocation at a bank and apart from that this one bank excluded me from ever doing business with them again, nothing was recorded in [Schufa], why should it be?

Such a revocation costs the bank quite a bit according to their information, so it is also in their interest to be accommodating.

No, I think it was meant that the loan might already have been registered with Schufa and then of course the question would arise what was done with the first construction financing. At least I have already reached the Interhyp broker, who said that it is probably not a problem and does not cost anything, and she will also send an email to the Ing-Diba. Gives hope.
