Riemchen are a suitable and appropriate solution both for modernizations and for new construction projects that had previously been conceived monolithically. Placing "whole" bricks in front of a wall structure that was already complete in itself would be as much nonsense to me as overturning a wall structure decision where actually only the surface preference has changed. For the plaster part (upper floor), we are also getting a 17.5 cm aerated concrete block. With a 160 mm ETICS system.

That would definitely have been the same construction for the entire house with plaster.

According to the building description, we have clinker at €650 per 1000 pcs free delivery. However, our offer is calculated with Röben Brighton clinker, which is a bit more expensive.
