This has nothing to do with botching, but is fundamental physics that cannot be tricked at this point.

I worked for a while in a modern office complex with ceiling cooling and window shading. It worked great. Very pleasant indoor climate without drafts from the air conditioning systems. It was never humid.

Addendum: I have nothing against cooling ceilings - but they are not miracle solutions and, in my opinion, only work in conjunction with technical dehumidification, which can indeed be present, or is automatically present in the room unit in the case of "classic" air conditioning systems.

We have installed a geothermal heat pump with cooling function (additional charge €700) and the controlled residential ventilation has a geothermal exchanger (additional charge €2,000). This is sufficient for us in combination with shading to maintain the room temperatures even during extended high outside temperatures like recently at a maximum of 24°C.
