Agreement with construction company or loan?

Thank you very much for the answers, they have already helped me. However, I have one final question: Does anyone have experience whether construction companies agree to such a deal? Or do they only accept that you provide them with the land and they do whatever they want with it. Thanks again! :)

From a business perspective, I would want to purchase the property and then develop it.

It will probably depend on the company. What is a construction company supposed to do with an apartment? Construction companies are not automatically real estate agents or landlords. What is a construction company supposed to do with an apartment in a house that belongs to you and land that belongs to you where you can act "at your discretion"? I wouldn’t rule out that you could find such a company, but whether that would be a good deal, I would initially doubt.
