I agree with my predecessors: acceptance and provisional construction door do not fit together for me. On the day of acceptance, all cylinders were replaced in our case and only we still had keys. The general contractor also ordered craftsmen to fix the defects, but they were informed that they had to make appointments because the locks had been changed. The best chance for the clients is probably photos from the night before showing the tiles undamaged. But even then, legally it is hardly worth anything because no one can prove what happened between the photo and the morning. Is that a very high financial damage? I think replacing 2 tiles should still be manageable? Annoying, but hopefully bearable.
