I have included an offer for the floor slab with both offers right away. You don't have to plaster them anymore, they come with fiberboards that already have a plaster look. And the construction of such a garage takes place within one day, as prefabricated elements are delivered and then assembled, roof on, done. Simply put I will send you the providers via PM.

I meant, if you want to build it yourself, wood in my opinion is the more labor-intensive option. I understood you to want to do it as much as possible on your own. When buying a garage, wood is of course interesting again, as it can be produced industrially very well and cheaply and is also transportable. A brick garage is hard to have delivered.

But of course it also depends on what you want to do with the garage and what you expect. Stone/concrete has different advantages/disadvantages than wood. I wouldn't necessarily just look for the cheapest option.

So, ideally I wouldn't want to lift a finger and pay for the garage as if I had done everything myself and only pay the material costs. I think a garage is not such a small project and I don't know if I can trust myself to do it as an amateur. Besides, it will surely take a very long time until it is completed. Also, I definitely need professional help with the roof etc. If everything comes from a single source, that would, of course, be the easiest solution for me. I intend to use the garage later more as storage and workshop, or as a place to store garden utensils. Given the size, a car should fit in the front and still leave 12m² at the back for me to perhaps store a motorcycle there. Not easy at all, you want so much, but the wallet is already considerably strained and basically doesn’t allow for “much” anymore. No matter how I look at it, a foundation is definitely needed and for that you almost need a mini-excavator or far too much time (unfortunately, it really has to go down 80cm) and so I will take care of that first... what comes on top of that can still be decided. How much drying time do I have to plan for strip foundations? Many thanks for your support
