For how many people?
It depends on the room: besides the washing machine and dryer, there must be a drying option for sportswear and wool.
We have this wall thing - I can’t think of the word. But we are only two!!
Every family has its own clothing materials and habits.
Those who don’t have a dryer need space to hang clothes, those who only have non-iron clothes need to dry more on the line, cotton dries itself again in the dryer. Then consider where you iron: many don’t plan space for that, for me the bedroom is ideal, so we planned more free space right there between the TV and the bed.
Others have to go to the living room again...

I would like more space for a wall cupboard, now it’s only become a small hanging cupboard

Just post your floor plan here - then we can still give one or the other good tip before it’s too late.
But I warn you: we can also find many faults where there is nothing to fault [emoji56][emoji6]

I actually thought you would start a separate thread [emoji6]

The house is relatively small? Do you want to furnish it as drawn? Then the expensive bay window on the ground floor would not be usable.
Read the pinned post in the planning ideas (?) subforum.
A new thread on the topic of floor plan discussion would also be appropriate there.
Regarding the utility room on the upper floor: leave out the sink, since you have one next door.
