Hello! [emoji137]
My boyfriend and I are currently looking for a suitable building plot. In the new development area of our desired location, there is actually a plot that we like in terms of location, size, and orientation. However, we know that the ground is damp/wet because several 'normal' basements in this development area are wet.
But we would rather not do without a basement.
Does anyone have experience with the additional costs that a 'white tank' entails compared to a normal basement?
It is not meant to be a living basement; maybe it would be nice to have a hobby/sports room there, but it is not a must.
Thank you very much in advance [emoji4]
