Thanks for the assessment. I will try to find a rainy day soon when I can go there. Unfortunately, it’s at least a 3-hour drive.

Ah, now you’re taking away a bit of my hope of having found a property.

You can also look for a route near you.

But according to what I have read, this differs from route to route depending on the strength of the current and the type of route. But yes, I will do that anyway. I am hopeful because it is very rural that maybe there isn't that much current on it.

So the neighbors say they have never heard anything. It is probably only a 65k line. I think we will take the plot, provided the development plan fits. We hope to receive it by tomorrow at the latest.

Here's another update. We will very likely take the property, the soil survey is still pending, we went there again and even in the rain it was wonderful. Visually it doesn't bother at all. There are fruit trees in front of the mast and the power lines are so high that you can hardly see them. I was there with my mother and she didn’t even notice that there is a high-voltage line. The property is really exactly as we imagine it. Fruit orchards all around, view over the whole village and the surrounding mountain landscape. Dead end, small street frontage. Meadows on two sides and only one neighbor on one side.

Have you also checked whether the pipeline could hinder you during the execution of the construction work or require special actions (usually more expensive)?
