There is an overhead line route above. Is that problematic?

Oh oh - that will probably mean a life with tinfoil hats to withstand the immense radiation

In my opinion, it depends on how the route actually runs. Also consider the buzzing noises that the lines (can) produce.

Thank you for the answer. In the meantime, we have another property in sight. Significantly less slope, great view without having to build "up" on the property. Actually not much more expensive, but 5 minutes further from "our" town. Only drawback: There is an overhead power line above it. Is that problematic? The mayor says no. What do you say? According to my research, there is nothing conclusive about the health concerns. However, what about the noise or things we may not have thought of yet.

Hahaha no, I actually only have concerns regarding the noise. I don't really want to camp there in rain and snow.

I was there, I didn’t hear anything. But apparently you mostly hear something when it’s raining or snowing. And it was dry then.

Go again when it’s raining and you won’t buy the property. We have a line over the company parking lot. It’s quite an annoying crackling noise when it rains. I also wouldn’t always want to look at the line when I’m lying in my garden gazing at the sky.
