Hello everyone,
we will probably be able to realize our new single-family house without individual room controls. Fortunately, we were able to discuss this with our construction company.
Specifically, a CHA Monoblock air-to-water heat pump will be used. Since I have only limited trust in our heating engineer, I would like to ask two or three questions here:
1. What should be specifically considered when designing the heat pump without [ERR]? Specifically, I would be interested to know where it makes the most sense to install an indoor sensor? At least my understanding was that we need one for controlling the heat pump. Should we consider any other points?
2. The heat pump can also actively cool. We would also like to use the cooling function in summer. What should be considered here? Does each heating circuit need a dew point monitor? And does the heat pump automatically switch to the cooling function if it measures that the room temperature is significantly above the set temperature?
And lastly: If we do go with [ERR]. Which models are recommended that also support the cooling function, but are not too expensive in case of doubt?
I hope the questions are understandable and not too "stupid."
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
