Good day,
maybe you can help me further.
I have calmly read through my geotechnical report and structural analysis of the house.
According to the structural analysis, the house is built on a slab or base plate d=25cm without foundations.
In the geotechnical report or soil survey it clearly states:
"The variant 1 assumes a conventional foundation on a load-bearing base plate combined with frost and also shrinkage-resistant skirts here.
The other variant assumes a foundation on strip foundations with deepening of the external foundations to a level of at least 1.5m below the future ground surface and a recommended step into at least stiff to semi-solid marl.
According to the soil survey, the structural analysis has been calculated incorrectly?
Thank you for the help
