I wonder that too. The saleswoman from the GU keeps claiming there is a house on it. We couldn't see any and the neighbor confirmed this. Everything is quite strange.

How my prince or frog looks is completely open. I am aware that with 500,000 € around Düsseldorf you can't move mountains. Therefore, I am open to compromises. If one point I would wish for can't be realized, but another great advantage would make up for it, that's okay with me.

The right neighbor's garage is at least partially on the property, and paved paths from the left neighbor lead onto the building plot. In addition, there are extensive structural facilities on the property; hard to see on GoogleEarth, I think they are retaining walls and raised beds.

About 12m.

Yes.

... depends on how you want to use it. The residents of the villa have apparently created a wonderful park-like property and even the right neighbors' place looks like a feel-good oasis. surely has lots of ideas on how to create a nice garden even without a big budget. However, you can forget about a pool.

A pity. Given the strange circumstances and the obligation to the general contractor, but understandable.

No, not in NRW. It’s only 0.4 hours and since 1.1.19 there are even additional reliefs for building classes 1 and 2.

Not me. I prefer a detached narrow house to a wide semi-detached house. Without binding to a general contractor and a shared driveway, I’d find it interesting if you’re not dependent on barrier-free access.

Oh, it sounds like you are familiar with the property and the project. It's a small world
Basically, a hillside garden is not an absolute no-go for me, you can definitely make something great out of it, but it's not necessarily my first choice. And since there are too many disadvantages here and the financial aspect is really too risky, we will keep looking

That's Wuppertal, right? Isn't it significantly cheaper there?

And with some imagination and budget, one can make something unique out of it. It was similar with us; originally 3 houses were planned, then the developer went bankrupt and the plot went into a deep sleep. Even with inexpensive soil classes – driveway, slope support, terrain shaping for houses – €100,000 would be an absolute bargain. €200,000 is not from another world. Flat can do anyone... slope can develop enormous charm. The plot is rather for someone who puts one house on it for themselves, brings a certain elasticity in the budget and carries out their own project. Of course, two houses would also fit – but try to find the ideal neighbor who tackles the project together with you. The constellation is unfavorable. For a developer, the development is potentially expensive – the difference between the expected selling price and construction cost is anticipated to be too small.
