Hello everyone,
for a long time I have been a silent reader in this great forum and now the day has come when I want to ask my first (and feeling not easy) question.
My wife and I are in the process of buying a plot of land in a new development area. Except for some small queries with the building authority regarding possible development (the textual specifications of the [B-Plan] are kept very short...) everything looks very good so far.
What concerns me, however, is the following: The plot is sold "free of development contributions". The development is included in the price per m2 and is carried out by the seller of the plot through a development contract with the municipality. My worry is now that if the client of the development, for example, goes bankrupt, I might have to bear the costs of the development twice, which can quickly cost a few euros...
Can I somehow secure myself in the notary contract? What options do I have?
best regards Chris
