The argument for me would not be the car, but the planned motorhome or the tradesman van for repair and maintenance, if it is parked outside it blocks the street

The colleague from the building authority will argue that you simply do not build a wall on the other side of the driveway. Then you can get in.

By the way, I don’t quite get the timing – so they said on Monday that she would be transferred. So the orange Oift was already there. Or was it only placed a day later?

Absolutely right! I am currently reading up on guidelines for assessment vehicles. Keyword EAR 05 (although obsolete regarding only stationary traffic) and RBSV 2020.
The wall is allowed to be there, it belongs to the neighbor's house. It's just one lane... On Monday, the city employee still admitted that it doesn't work and asked the construction workers if it could be shifted by 30 cm. On Tuesday, he withdrew his "offer." Reason: It costs money and I could drive into it.

You misunderstood me – I mean the little wall marked in red on the right in your drawing on your property.

Did he say how much more it would cost? I would offer to cover the additional costs and that would be that...

I asked a worker on site today: about a man-day’s work; he didn’t want/couldn’t say what it would cost. However, the city now wants to cut away 50 cm of the wall on the other side (right). In my opinion, that doesn’t help me at all. I have an appointment at the building authority next week.
