Hello everyone. I hope someone here can help me. The acceptance of my house is due. and I have the following defects: - 2 window panes damaged due to glass replacement because the wrong windows were installed - the holders of the panes are damaged and do not sit properly in the frame - doors and windows do not close properly or are leaky - the gutter is dirty on the outside - the gutter damaged (backside of the house at the top and drainage to the right of the bay window) - on some windows you can see deep scratches in the window frame (probably from the installation team’s insulation cutting with a box cutter) - the fascias around the windows are very dirty due to the yellow exterior work, also, for example, on the patio door you can see very crookedly painted fascias - plaster on the ceiling of the terrace is missing. - balconies were not installed. (or one installed upside down, causing holes in the exterior wall where they shouldn’t be) - moisture-resistant panels in the bathroom upstairs are attached on the wrong side of a wall - on one window the frame at the top is worn off - one key is bent - door handle of the side entrance door is loose can someone tell me how much money I should withhold until these defects are rectified?
