365 light strip but Ikea Brasa hanging lamp does not work

I would be grateful for a tip regarding the following problem. Ikea Service responds that they are not responsible for electrical issues.

I have installed:

SÄNDA rail (114 cm) (with ceiling connection adapter)
2 Sända spots (at 29.00 euros each)
1 Brasa pendant lamp (using Sända adapter (at 7.00 euros))

Problem: Both spots light up, but the pendant lamp does not. Initially, only one of the spots lit up. After repeatedly removing and reinserting them in all possible positions, the second one lit up as well. But Brasa still will not.

The light bulb is not defective. At the Ikea store, I was assured that the 114 cm rail can accommodate two spots and Brasa. Could it be that this is not the case?

Since according to your contribution you are not particularly skilled in electrical matters, your only option is to check whether the adapter is really properly inserted into the rail and the lamp is correctly connected to the adapter. In the latter case, it is important that the wire is clamped in such a way that it truly makes contact. If this does not lead to success, get an electrician. He can then determine whether it is a mounting error or whether the adapter or the lamp is defective.

I have a very similar problem. After the recall of some tracks that affected my system, I installed the replacement tracks, hoping that the problems would be resolved, but no: at first, two spots worked without issues everywhere, but three BASISK pendant lights with adapters caused problems and only one lit where it was supposed to hang. The other two lit after many attempts, but only for a few days, then no longer. The bulbs are fine, and electricity also reaches the socket. After replacing the tracks, the spots no longer light everywhere either. Did you find a solution to the problem?
