Do you think building approximately 78 sqm and approximately 65 sqm on one level with a floor area ratio = 185 sqm is feasible?

Here in BaWü in my city, this would mean 10 car parking spaces, 12 covered bicycle parking spaces (close to the entrance), a storage room in every apartment, space in every apartment for drying laundry, and one floor barrier-free/wheelchair accessible (in your case 2 apartments) and then a place/room with 6 sqm in the entrance area for walker/stroller......
