A gas connection is not possible. So either oil or heat pump. I would favor a heat pump. But I am not a fan of underfloor heating. And I think that would also be more complicated.

Heat pumps require large heating surfaces on the floor, wall, or ceiling. Or expensive low-temperature radiators.
