I estimate based on my own experience:

Construction costs house approx. 325 k
Construction costs garage approx. 30 k
Exterior facilities like leveling, terrace, paving etc. 25 k
Special fittings at least 10 k (electrician, plumbing, etc. - or are you really fine with the standard equipment? Please check exactly in advance what is included)

Don’t forget the soil survey to know about unexpected additional costs in advance (saved us from a nasty surprise or we could calculate solidly right away) 2.5 k

Don’t forget lamps, new furniture, travel costs to the construction site, these also add up to a few k.

: You should reconsider doing all the puttying and painting work yourself. It takes a massive amount of time, and as an amateur, can you really do it as well as a professional?
