Another question has come up:
The sales person from the developer would like me to sign a notarized reservation next Monday (1000€ and will be credited against the purchase price) so that the apartment is not sold to others.
Does it make sense to sign something like that before having a written confirmation from the bank about the loan?
I can withdraw from the loan within 14 days but not from the notary contract, right?
