10,000 Houses Program Stopped

Unfortunately, at the end of November the program “EnergieSystemHaus“ within the 10,000 Houses Program was stopped. At that time it was said that it would probably start again at the beginning of the year. Since we could no longer submit our application in time, we now have to wait for the start of construction.

Does anyone here know more about when the program will start again, or if it will continue with the previous conditions?

We had firmly planned on the subsidy and also strengthened our insulation accordingly to meet the limits.

No one can tell you that at the moment, but it really seems to be only a logistical problem to process the applications.

"The Bavarian State Government is working at full speed to create the conditions for the soon continuation of both program parts. The public will be informed here as soon as possible."

This currently also affects other funding programs, not only in Bavaria. In NRW, for example, there was €1000 for central ventilation systems as part of progres.nrw and the market introduction program. This is still valid at the moment. I have already called there once or the NRW citizen hotline – waiting is the motto. The turn of the year apparently came as a surprise to everyone.

Yes, several times.
However, the ladies and gentlemen there do not provide any information.

It can change daily.
But it all seems to depend on the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, which has only said so far that something might change in Q1.

As long as the program is stopped, you are not allowed to sign any contract or service related to house construction.
Otherwise, you can no longer apply for the subsidy or it will not be approved.

That is really annoying. Luckily, we submitted the application online in time. I think it's a joke to simply stop the funding program without any prior warning.
