A bungalow wouldn't work? I have the feeling that you are somehow planning past your needs, making it unnecessarily expensive.

I had now also committed to the 30-degree roof slope, which in turn resulted in the attic. I think the best thing will be to contact the architect directly. Still, thanks for the many tips.

But it IS a bungalow (with unnecessarily inflated attic).
