How large are your project volumes? €400K, €500K, €600K... an average of €248K is a joke then. Or does the statistic also include existing properties aka bargain house renovations?
No, it does not (single-family house). It is about "construction financing." So old buildings and new buildings, apartments and houses, city and countryside. All mixed together. It means all residential properties—for which an average of €248,000 capital can currently be borrowed.
