It means that if you really spent as much time as you claim on researching all the different aspects of building a house, you can spend your money in a more effective way and make up for the missing expertise by staying present in this forum. 🙂

Frage andere Bauherren nach ihren Erfahrungen. Du brauchst einen Partner mit gutem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Niedrigerer Ausstattungsstandard bei guter Verarbeitung.
Ob örtliche Zimmerei, kleiner Massivbauer oder überregionaler Holzständerbauer ist unerheblich.

Ich verstehe, was Sie meinen, und ich stimme Ihnen teilweise zu, aber etwas ist besser den Profis überlassen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass Sie schon einmal gebaut haben und eine bauleistungsbeschreibung und einen Werkvertrag gesehen haben, sollte so etwas nicht an einen Sachverständiger. Ein Vergleich von 5 Angeboten kostet nur 300 Euro. Der Versuch, im Falschen zu sparen, kann sehr gefährlich und teuer sein. wie bei dieser Covid-Sache
