@backbone23. Yes, one child, 1-2 more are welcome. Why?

@nordanney. Thanks for your comment. We currently have about 14sqm for the kitchen. Since it is supposed to be open, I hope it won't feel too cramped, as you rightly pointed out. But I don't have a sense of it yet. We are trying to avoid the tube effect that semi-detached houses usually have, as best as we can. I am open to further suggestions.

Children grow up, bring friends home, sometimes come home later ... . In that case, the openness in the house would bother me, for example when sitting in the living room in the evening. I would remove the stairs from the living area, or rather not keep it so open.

If there are three girls like with us, at least we have control over the friends

It is best if you draw again: Take about 40 cm for the exterior walls, but interior walls also have a thickness of about 15 cm, load-bearing between 20 and 24 cm. Then you will see that it will not work. Take 1 cm on the paper for one meter... :)

Hello ypg. I don't understand. What will not work? Do you mean that we will have too many interior walls? Regards
