Hello everyone,
I am new here and hope to get some good tips for renovating my rental apartment. I have a kind of corner on the ground floor measuring 1.70m x 1.70m and 3.50m high. On one side there is a glass entrance door with a narrow glass pane next to it at door height. Above that, there is a pane 1.70m wide and about 1.30m high, which is darkened with a white film. That does not bother me. On the other side of this corner, there is a large pane measuring 1.70m wide and about 2.20m high. Then comes the metal frame and the same covered pane as above the door. All the panes are set in a metal frame and could be covered with films. However, I want to cover the side that does not contain a door so that it looks like a wall. I do not want to attach anything to it but might place a cabinet in front of it.
Since it is a rental apartment and I cannot drill anything into it, I am looking for a lightweight material that can be glued securely and possibly painted or wallpapered. The adhesive should also be removable again when moving out, and I hope you have a tip for me.
Thank you in advance.
