Hello to the experts and other readers! I have a terraced house with a basement constructed as a [Weiße Wanne], probably in the simplest version, i.e., 200 mm thick. The light wells of the basement windows also have drainage. Now, both the heating/water and the electrical installers have attached water pipes, cable ducts, grounding bars, etc., through anchor holes in the concrete wall. Misdrillings, e.g., 65 mm deep, have not been sealed. The house connections for water, electricity, and telecommunications also pass through the [WU-Wanne]. For about a year there has been no moisture in the basement. But can something still happen? Is this professional installation? Are holes above the lower edge of the windows unproblematic? Kind regards, Herman

As far as I know, a minimum thickness of 24 cm is required for in-situ concrete (floor slab) and 20 cm for precast elements (probably the walls) for WU concrete. So you should always have that. Check your construction plan and also the cross-section!

20 cm should always be continuous without drilling, see "Zement-Merkblatt Hochbau H 10 5.2019", chapter 4

With a wall thickness of 25 cm and 15 mm plaster, 65 mm deep drill holes would still be possible.

The house connection, in turn, was probably made as a multi-utility introduction, which includes its own sealing.

Thanks in advance for the answer! I bought in 2018 in Rhein-Main from a construction company - total seller’s market, so I hardly have any documents. In the construction description: "... either as a white tank according to the WU guideline or with .... "; the white tank was then chosen. According to the building permit plans, the basement wall should be 38 and I have photos from the shell construction phase showing concrete and exterior insulation, but nothing black. I now measure about 38.5 cm through the basement window including exterior and interior plaster. The exterior side is about 13 cm. I think it is 12 cm insulation. Then the concrete would be almost 24 cm. Then the specialists, either the shell builder or the window guy, did something great, see picture. So under the window, 10 cm stones were mortared in. The joints of the insulation on the outside were smeared black. If the plastic light well were really tight to the insulation?

asked again, see attached wastewater, water inlet and electricity and heating external module input/output (heat pump). Everything goes through the white tank - is that safe?

If it is installed professionally, then yes. However, to me it somehow looks a bit ... cobbled together, but that can be deceptive.
