Would you build massively or not?

Since we are already on the topic of planning our house, how should one plan and build the house? Where is the trend heading? Back towards solid construction? Or are prefabricated houses etc. still in trend?!

Is it simply a cost issue? Whoever can afford solid construction does it, the others without money just settle for prefabricated houses??

Prefabricated houses do not necessarily have to be cheap either. Many architects design individual prefabricated houses, some of which are very luxurious and correspondingly expensive... Of course, those who choose a standard model save money compared to traditional construction methods.

As a trend, I see the massive prefab house, but wooden log houses are also becoming more popular... however, it is more important to pay attention to low energy values, as this will be even more important in the future than it is today.

The point about energy values is very important, I absolutely agree with that... The future evaluation of houses will simply have a lot to do with that and one should not take it lightly, better to pay a little more today and then sleep well, I would suggest, and not to think too much about whether fertighaus or massivhaus

The trend regarding energy-saving houses must not be underestimated and will really make a big difference in the future... Getting a brochure from the city office or on the internet about it is a hot tip that will definitely ensure it never gets cold in your own four walls ;)

I would build solid construction just for the sound! We have such a building ourselves here! When the neighbors play loud music, I don't hear anything at all! Simply great!
