Workshop heating and dehumidifying

How often do you use the workshop and for how long? What tools do you have in it? For infrequent use and smaller tools, I would tend to recommend a heated insulated cabinet for the tools and a wood stove for the times when you want to use the workshop. The whole thing complemented by a fan
