Hi,

What if the house builder with whom a contract was signed suddenly does more than what is stated in the contract?
For example: instead of one heater, suddenly four.
In the signed plans, there is only one heater.

I’m happy about the extra heaters, but do I have to pay for them if I say nothing? Do I have to say that too much was done?

I mean, it’s their problem, since a contract with all plans and work has been signed.
What do you think?

Hello,

You probably mean radiators?

If push comes to shove, you will probably have to bear part of the blame if you do not point out the "extra" to your contractor.

Kind regards
