Hi,
What if the house builder with whom a contract was signed suddenly does more than what is stated in the contract?
For example: instead of one heater, suddenly four.
In the signed plans, there is only one heater.
I’m happy about the extra heaters, but do I have to pay for them if I say nothing? Do I have to say that too much was done?
I mean, it’s their problem, since a contract with all plans and work has been signed.
What do you think?
