Did you only put it on the stilts or how is it fixed?

Best regards in short

Fixed? Hmm: On the right side of the sandbox, each post has 4x 140x8 wood screws in the sandbox. In other words, the entire sandbox hangs on the post.

On the left, the two ground sleeves are each secured with 2x 110x10 carriage bolts. We initially refrained from concreting.

------------------------------------------

And now to the weekend. In advance: the planned goal was not achieved. But what we did accomplish was good. We set the lawn edging stone in mortar, excavated flat, and laid out the weed control fabric. Gravel will still be added there.

Then I built a staircase, I believe it turned out well. Not much needs to be said about the slide.

I don't think so, Tim ;-). Generally, this is not the case. Usually, 9 m of boundary construction is allowed. It is questionable whether the boundary construction hinted at in the photos already exhausts these 9 m. In case of doubt, the law of the respective federal state applies.

This is just for the record, everything is fine here after all, because where there is no plaintiff, there is no judge.

Regardless of my playhouse, where I really have no problem, I recommend this judgment if interested, which attorney Kotz published on his web presence:

Administrative Court Neustadt/Wstr.
Case no.: 4 K 25/08.NW
Judgment dated 17.04.2008

Just enter it on Google. Really interesting, sometimes amusing presentation in a case very similar to ours.

Sorry :)
Since our building authority does not consider our greenhouse as a structural facility *hehehe, I had assumed incorrectly for this house ;)

You don't have to equate structural ancillary facilities and garden houses with main buildings :P

Oh man, the state building code of Rhineland-Palatinate is heavy stuff so early in the morning. For us, it is regulated quite simply.
