Today I was in Dortmund Hörde in fantastic weather and went for a bike ride around the Phoenix Lake. There are some really nice houses there for the big wallets.

After I missed the connecting train in Schwerte, I arrived home right on time for the thunderstorm. Without fenders, of course, optimal.

So I used a rain break and made a quick process. Therefore, only one picture today.

By the way, no laws on boundary construction apply to garden and playhouses, as they are neither a facility nor an ancillary facility. From a neighborhood law perspective, the evening barbecue is of course sufficient :)

That will get you through long enough so that the playhouse does not have an effect equivalent to a building. But that doesn't concern us, because of the meat.
