Wooden house - interior walls made of stone?

In our place, the heat pump didn't work for 3 days in winter 18 to 19. It cooled down to 17 degrees outside, frost, no chimney. Before that, it was about 21 degrees. I can't say if that's good or bad. There should be a stone house next door with exactly the same problem

Solid wood is clad with drywall, masonry is plastered. The work preparation and process is different. Windows, water pipes, doors, cable ducts, etc. are embossed in the solid wood; this is taken into account on site during masonry. Whether the site manager can handle that? How about cracks at the transitions of building materials?

No. You lose a lot of flair, smell, and atmosphere. One should not speak of indoor climate here without consequences... It makes sense to install a heavy masonry stove in the solid wood house.

We had exactly this issue, but only in the area of the partition wall between our two semi-detached houses. Here, however, the builder who constructed the solid wood house simply has practical objections. The solid wood house is prefabricated in elements max. 9x3m in size. When the trucks arrive with the house, the shell is finished, including the roof, 3-4 days later. Masoning our partition wall would not be possible; it would have to stand freely at about 9m high. First masonry on the ground floor, then putting up the house, then waiting for the masons would also not be practical.

a) Not at all yet. Discussion between BU and Achi is still ongoing, but
(whoever pays the music ...) it will be BSH as we wish, just like all the other walls. Not everything an architect wishes for
(in this case for soundproofing reasons) is granted if there are simply very practical reasons against it.

b) true, but you expressed it so nicely that I initially couldn’t mentally interpret your
“freely spanning roof structure” as “no load-bearing interior walls”

From a certain house/room size on, the BU will simply have to include
steel beams (girders). That would not be my preferred solution
