Wooden fence - massive color deviation

Hello everyone,
I would like to get your opinion / knowledge.
We ordered a fence that looks significantly different in the catalog than the original delivered. It is made of pressure-treated wood. According to the dealer, the fence will eventually change color towards the desired color. It is a quality feature that the fence has become so dark after the treatment.

However, the current color does not match our expectations at all.
Attached you will find the pictures. Does anyone know if it is actually possible to expect an appearance like in the catalog (and by the way also displayed by another dealer) in the short term?
We are unsure whether we should exchange the fence.

If an exchange might happen, I would be interested to know if you know of wood types where such color differences do not have to be expected.

Without knowing it, I still consider that very unlikely. Larch natural, oiled for example, would be so light and durable.

Catalog (image editing) versus real! Is always a color dilemma. You always have to look at it in real life.

Photo looks like larch natural/colorless, the delivery looks like colored treated, just read the note hanging on the pallet, or take a photo of the note Regards Nida

Many thanks to you for the answers. For your information: we looked at the fence in the original (see attachment). According to the dealer, the dark color is due to the pressure treatment. I have also attached the pallet label.

well it says it right there Shade "brown" .. nothing with boiler blahblah
