Wood stain still sticky after 2 months

In mid-September, I sanded my wooden windows made of Framiré wood, treated them with Aqua Clou wood primer, and after one day of drying, painted them with AQUA CLOUsil wood glaze (both newly purchased). Now, after 2 months, the windows are still very sticky! One window is difficult to open. There is no help from the manufacturer. What can I do to eliminate the stickiness?

Yes, I have looked closely. Purchase of the primer and the glaze was in June 2020. I do not think that the application of the paint was too thick.

If the manufacturer is seriously on Facebook, contact them through this way. Usually, the admins of the pages have a different access to the service, as it is about protecting the reputation of the company. For me, it worked for example with Grohe.

Contacted the manufacturer by letter after two unsuccessful emails. Then there was indeed a call saying: it must be due to the primer, keep waiting. Doesn’t convince me after two weeks.
