If someone is still in training or unemployed, or someone has no or hardly any income that can go into any equipment, why bother them then? You have a community where each person contributes what they can or can do better. If you should ever separate, I would still consider the things as joint property and divide them according to the needs. Rent: also a topic. How much do you have to pay monthly for the house? Isn't 400 a bit much for a trainee?

We did it at the beginning of the relationship so that each person pays for their own furniture and can then take it with them if necessary. I bought the 3-seater sofa, she bought the armchair to go with it. When we separated, she could have taken the armchair with her :) if she pays for the lawnmower today and you take it with you when you separate, you just buy a new one (or buy the old one from her). At some point, we switched to buying the furniture half and half. In the end, everyone pays as much as they have and are willing to spend. I wanted a proper projector, she didn’t. So I bought it alone. She wanted proper garden chairs, I only wanted a lounger. I bought the lounger, she bought the chairs (and I bought the table because she was then broke ^^).
