I once read an article about slip-resistant tiles for the bathroom. Has anyone already tried such tiles? Are they really as good as the description says? It would be great if someone could give me some feedback on this. Thanks!

Hello Fox,
thank you for your advice. You helped me a lot. I would have been completely helpless if a salesperson had asked me about the desired level. It is always better to know a few experiences from others. If the non-slip tiles work that well, then I will definitely use such ones in our bathroom. Thanks again and best regards!

hi,

I heard that these slip-resistant tiles are very difficult to clean because dirt easily sticks to them, and even the cloth you use to clean... quickly wears out on these rough tiles. Do you think it makes sense to lay the entire bathroom with these tiles?

best regards,

Hello Listchecker,
so I know from acquaintances that the slip-resistant tiles can be cleaned easily. It’s not like the surface of the slip-resistant tiles is as rough as you think. Otherwise, you could easily get injured if you walked barefoot.

Hello,
in the meantime, I went out and took a look at these slip-resistant tiles. They are not that rough at all. Otherwise, it would be uncomfortable to walk on them barefoot. Cleaning should actually be quite easy. I will probably choose these tiles. Thanks for your tips and advice!
Best regards, Janni1403

Non-slip, when there is a high risk of slipping, I am absolutely in favor of it. BUT: It could be that you then have to listen to your wife's complaints every day that she can't get the tiles clean. Because it is indeed the case that fine dirt particles get stuck in the grooves, which even the best mop can't pick up. My wife nowadays always crawls around on her knees with a so-called "dirt eraser."
