Who helps with mold?

Hi,

Mold is forming behind the front door of my apartment. (Outside corner)

I would like to have it looked at by someone knowledgeable so that they can tell me how to remove it and, more importantly, where it is coming from.

Can someone tell me what I should look for to find someone who does this?

It probably comes from insufficient heating and ventilation in the room, because due to the outside corner, the dew point is certainly reached relatively quickly.

Yellow Pages -> Baubiologe - call there and ask. For a small spot, no one will come, take a photo with measurements of the corner, take a sample and send it in. I believe you can also buy sample kits and then perform the test yourself. Just google "Schimmel testen"

More important than determining who can professionally remove the mold is to investigate why mold developed there. Without having resolved this structural/physical cause, mold will always reoccur there. I recommend hiring an expert for building damage, preferably an architect/civil engineer. Everything else is cosmetic.
