Basically, I would like to report the following in a completely neutral and objective manner:
At Bonum, you do not build with a developer (BT) or general contractor (GÜ), from whom you build "a part of a house with land" (BT) or "a part of a house on your own land" (GÜ), but Bonum acts more or less only as a planner and broker. Similar to building with an architect.
Bonum does the planning, provides the construction manager, etc., and brokers the craftsmen for the offered houses at a fixed price. However, you sign the contract with the craftsmen yourself. This means you do not have a single point of contact (GÜ or BT) but rather Bonum or the individual craftsmen.
This is fundamentally not a bad thing and is certainly reflected positively in the price. But personally, I decided against an architect and for a GÜ because I wanted "everything from one source." This is not the case with Bonum. Maybe it feels that way if everything runs smoothly. But which construction project runs without errors??
