Even though I did not plan to present our construction project here in the forum (there simply isn't enough time), I'll give my two cents here ;) Throughout our entire house, aluminum windows from the company Drinkuth will be installed, as our carpentry directly sources the windows and doors, so we don't need to hire an additional window manufacturer. The profiles are from Akotherm and are made in Germany, and they made a super high-quality impression on me, especially in direct comparison next to foiled PVC (for us, it will be DB703 on both the inside and outside).

Thanks in advance - so it is such a rarity to have full aluminum in a single-family house. I can't contribute much to the price discussion - I only have an opaque surcharge calculation from the general contractor. I am very glad that the general contractor calculated both for me. The profile in my case would be Schüco AWS 75.Si - AWS 90 also possible if desired. GD

Without a front door, however, they would probably be more like fools ;-).
You can indeed do well without lift-and-slide doors, but they are symbolically important to many builders as a former sign of wealth (just like sectional doors, of course motorized and preferably double width).

Yes....that is priceless...

I am currently on the construction site. Took two snapshots of the south-west facade ;)

I meant exclusively windows. The front door is also excluded from my prices (also aluminum for me, about 3000 EUR).
