In principle, all so-called free/of charge/at base price promotions from all main manufacturers are pointless. That is already included in the background in the price anyway. But really, absolutely no one gives anything away for free.

What about planned or possibly previously unconsidered own contributions?

In general, I would also take a look at the Family Series from Danwood. But it’s nothing spectacular.

No one said it was an offer or free, or anything like that. The house type is simply offered with this equipment. However, it can still make sense to consider taking a Flair 113, for example, and booking the underfloor heating and roller shutters separately. Or if you say the size of the Flair 113 is enough, then you still take the Flair 130 with the additional equipment that is already included and have the house downsized to the area of the Flair 113. You have to compare. For that, a credit, leaving out the clinker bricks, there is also a credit, and then you see how big the difference is in the end between the Flair 113 + underfloor heating + roller shutters or the adjusted Flair 130, which by the way already includes floor-to-ceiling windows + the front door side panel. Which you would have to book separately again with the 113. I’m writing this because I was exactly in the same position last year at Town & Country with the "idea".
