White tank - is doweling allowed?

Dear forum community,

we have a white tank around our basement. Is there a risk of damaging the white tank in its function if you drill into the basement walls, for example, to insert dowels? Unfortunately, I do not know at what depth certain layers begin or how exactly the basement wall is constructed in its layers. However, maybe there is a dowel depth that is definitely still safe for the white tank.

there are no different layers. It is reinforced concrete throughout. A [weiße Wanne] must have a wall thickness of at least 25 cm afaik, because the concrete is only really waterproof after 24 cm.

Normal anchor depths of 50-60 mm in a normal quantity should not be a problem though. At least they aren’t for us. Since the anchors hold like crazy in concrete anyway, 8 mm anchors (which are about 50 mm long) are actually sufficient for all use cases.
