I have equipped wellness areas for a long time. My very personal assessment: One does not recover faster or better with more, possibly simultaneous external stimuli. In the whirlpool, you have the warmth of the water, the effect of the jets, in winter outside a wonderful climatic stimulus, dancing snowflakes from above against the night sky, and wonderful warmth from below. I would not put anything on the ears. A whirlpool is not exactly quiet anyway. Actually, one should be able to feel a little inwardly in places of relaxation. My experience was that the more stressed and success-oriented the people were, the more effects they wanted to stack on each other. But I consider that counterproductive. But everyone has to decide for themselves.
