Which water softening system? I can't decide

construction is progressing and now the water softening system needs to be selected. We are a household of 4 people, 2 bathrooms. I have looked into Judo, BWT and Grünbeck:

Judo model Softwell P (Duplex) or S (Simplex)
BWT Perla Home (Simplex)
Grünbeck SD18 (Simplex)

What do you recommend? Other alternatives?

No "hard" reasons. As a process engineer, I am attracted by the engineering approach of a two-column system. In parallel operation, larger filter cross-section, less pressure loss, lower filtration velocity, and thus smaller mass transfer zone. All this leads to higher capacity and more efficient operation. But on the economic side, this is negligible. Hence the trend towards single-column.

I would buy what is common and can be serviced by the plumbing.

As I said, the plumber can get and maintain all three. They are also similar in price. I think the BWT is the most expensive. I just don’t know how to choose.
