Which ventilation system from the offer is recommended?

We have an offer for a new building and have 3 different systems to choose from.

Which of the systems are particularly recommended or which one is not suitable at all with regard to effectiveness, susceptibility, or noise?

1. Vitovent 300
2. Stiebel Eltron LWZ 304 Flex
3. Vallox ventilation system

What would you recommend from the offered ones?

Based on gut feeling, I would choose the following order:

1. Vallox
2. Vitovent
3. Stiebel Eltron

Vallox and Vitovent are ventilation systems.

Stiebel Eltron is a heat pump with a ventilation system.

Therefore, a comparison is not really possible. Are you being offered the Vallox and Vitovent with humidity recovery?

The Vitovent 300 and the Vallox system are offered without moisture recovery.

Can't you still compare the ventilation system of Stiebel Eltron with those? In the end, they basically do the same thing.

So without moisture recovery it's simply not that good. Well, you really can't compare. It would be like choosing between a motorcycle and a car. The Stiebel Eltron can, in addition to ventilation, also heat the whole house and provide hot water. The others simply can't do that. The price and installation costs are also completely different.

The other providers also offer an air-to-water heat pump.

Specifically, the following has been offered:

1. Viessmann Vitocal 200-S with Vitovent 300
2. Stiebel Eltron LWZ 304 Flex
3. Buderus Logatherm WLW 196i IR and Vallox ventilation system

That is now, of course, a different starting point.
